"**BEWARE** very disappointed .. I've been a customer for years now this... I have renters and vehicle insurance with them. I made a change where I dropped a vehicle from my policy and they said my monthly payment would be 158 .. except in Aug .. I paid 266 because of a "fee" for making changes to the policy but after that it would just be the 158 . Intact in September I did pay the 158 but come October I have a 300 a some $ bill ... the 158 plus 108 .. and according to their explanation .. its part of the fee for making changes to the policy ... why not charge me in September.. why tell me I had paid that fee in Aug. Dosnt make sense .. and I am starting to believe some are just a scam .."
